We need to be careful in our selection of stocks. In 2008, China surpassed the U.S. in car sales. There are many more middle class people around the world and a lot of business is done outside the U.S. Mutual funds outside the U.S. are doing the best. Small caps did 59%, large caps did 37%. We are dealing with a global economy. Interest rates will go up and bond allocations will go down. CDKF should keep its CD rollovers at one year terms.
